Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 September 2026

This policy describes what CodLaunch ("we", "us") collects and why. The short version: your store's business data stays in your own WordPress database; we only process the minimum needed to run licensing, updates, and support.

1. What we collect

2. What we do NOT collect

Your customers' data — orders, names, phone numbers, addresses captured by your store — is stored in your own WordPress database on your own hosting. It is never transmitted to us. You are the data controller for your store; CodLaunch the company has no access to it.

3. How we use data

To deliver license keys and updates, provide support, send transactional emails (receipts, license delivery, onboarding, renewal notices), announce important product changes, and prevent fraud or license abuse. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

4. Legal bases

We process purchase and license data to perform our contract with you; support and product emails on legitimate interest; optional marketing emails only with your consent, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate: the checkout provider (payments, invoicing, tax), our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare — hosting, license database), and our email provider (transactional and product emails). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

6. Retention

License and purchase records are kept while your account is active and as long as needed for legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete support correspondence and marketing data at any time.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing, by emailing us. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data-protection authority, you also have the right to lodge a complaint there.

8. Contact
