These Terms govern your purchase and use of the CodLaunch software and services ("CodLaunch", "we", "us"). CodLaunch is operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], [CITY, COUNTRY]. By purchasing a subscription or activating a license key, you agree to these Terms.
CodLaunch is a WordPress plugin. The plugin's source code is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 (or later). Your paid subscription does not purchase the code itself — it purchases the services that make the product useful and supported:
A standard license activates one (1) live store domain. The 5-store pack activates up to five (5) live store domains. Development and staging domains (localhost, *.test, staging.*, and similar) do not count against your activation limit. You may move a license between your own stores at any time by deactivating and reactivating it. Sharing, reselling, or publishing license keys is prohibited and grounds for revocation without refund.
Plans are sold for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months and renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time before renewal from the checkout provider's customer portal or by emailing us; your license then remains active until the end of the paid term. When a subscription ends, your store keeps working and keeps accepting orders — automatic updates, premium services, and support pause until reactivation.
Card payments are processed by our checkout provider acting as merchant of record, which handles applicable taxes and invoicing. We never see or store your card details. Alternative payment methods arranged directly with us (such as USDT) are governed by the same subscription terms.
Every purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, described in the Refund Policy. Refunded licenses are revoked.
You may not use CodLaunch to sell illegal goods, run scams or deceptive stores, or send spam. We may revoke licenses used for such activity. You are responsible for your own store's compliance with the laws of the markets you sell into, including consumer-protection and data-protection rules.
Orders, customers, and store content created with the plugin are stored in your own WordPress database, under your control. What limited data we process ourselves is described in the Privacy Policy.
CodLaunch is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will produce any particular business result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to CodLaunch is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
