The 14-day guarantee

Every CodLaunch purchase — first purchases and renewals, on any plan length — is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If CodLaunch isn't right for you, email hello@codlaunch.com from your purchase email within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. No forms, no justification required (though feedback helps us improve).

How refunds work

Refunds are issued to the original payment method by the checkout provider, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
When a purchase is refunded, the license key from that purchase is revoked. Your store keeps working, but automatic updates, premium services, and support stop.
For renewals: if you meant to cancel but were charged, tell us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it.

After 14 days

Charges older than 14 days are generally not refundable, but if something is genuinely broken for you, write to us anyway — we would rather fix the problem or find a fair solution than keep an unhappy customer's money.

Abuse

The guarantee exists so you can buy with confidence, not as a free-use loop. Repeated purchase-refund cycles on the same store or account may be declined.
